Rider Handbook
Move with confidence. These guidelines are designed to ensure you remain safe before, during, and after every ride.
Before the Trip
Verify your ride: Check the driver's photo, name, and vehicle details (make, model, license plate) before getting in.
Wait in a safe place: Stay inside until your driver arrives to minimize time spent on the street alone.
Confirm the destination: Ensure the driver knows your location and destination as shown in the app.
During the Trip
Seat choice: If alone, sit in the back seat. This gives you and the driver more personal space and allows you to exit from either side.
Seat belt usage: Always wear your seat belt for every trip, no matter the distance.
Share your trip: Use "Live Trip Tracking" to share your journey with loved ones in real-time.
After the Trip
Check for belongings: Ensure you have all your items before exiting the vehicle.
Rate and Review: Provide honest feedback about your experience to help maintain high safety standards.
Report concerns: If you have any safety issues, report them immediately through the app support.
Driver Handbook
Your safety matters just as much as your service. Professionalism and vigilance are your best safety tools.
Safety Preparation
Vehicle maintenance: Regularly inspect tires, brakes, and lights to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy.
Check rider ratings: Use ratings as a tool to prepare for your next rider.
Personal readiness: Ensure you are well-rested and focused before starting your shift.
On the Road
Verify your rider: Ask the rider for their name or destination before they enter the vehicle.
Follow traffic laws: Never speed or use your phone while driving. Stay alert at all times.
Respect boundaries: Maintain a professional environment and avoid personal or intrusive questions.
Post-Trip Safety
Review rider: Rate your rider to help the community stay informed.
Report incidents: Document and report any unruly or dangerous behavior immediately.
Secure your vehicle: Always lock your car and stay in well-lit areas during breaks.
Reporting a Safety Incident
If you feel unsafe or have been involved in an incident, your first priority should be your immediate safety. Contact local authorities if necessary, then report it to our team.
