Yes! RydeX allows you to schedule rides in advance. Select the "Schedule" option when booking to set your preferred date and time, perfect for airport transfers and important appointments.

We offer complete flexibility. You can pay with cash, Mobile Money (MTN, AirtelTigo/Telecel), or via credit/debit cards linked to your account.

Once a driver accepts your request, you can call or message them directly through the secure in-app communication system.

This is an optional safety feature. When enabled, it allows you to record audio during your trip. Recordings are encrypted and stored locally on your device; they can only be accessed by RydeX safety agents if a safety report is submitted.

Cancellation fees help compensate drivers for their time. For on-demand rides, it's free if cancelled within 2 minutes. After that, fees apply based on driver distance. If the driver has arrived, an 80% fee applies; if the trip has started, it's 90%. Scheduled rides have a tiered fee: 0% (>24h), 5% (2-24h), and 10% (<2h before pickup).

Drivers provide a 5-minute complimentary waiting window after arrival. If the trip doesn't start within this time, a waiting fee of GHS 1.00 per minute will apply to the final fare.

We believe in fairness. RydeX charges a 10% commission for commercial drivers and 15% for private drivers. This includes all payment processing fees, ensuring you keep the bulk of your hard-earned fares.

We offer on-demand payouts. You can request to withdraw your earnings anytime through the app and receive funds in your mobile money or bank account within minutes.

You will need a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance, and a clean background. Your vehicle must also pass our safety inspection standards.
